This cord was cheap and works perfectly from the router to my computer. I like the color as well.
It's made by Belkin; of course it works. This was my first purchase from them, and I won't hesitate to buy from them again.A great value. When troubleshooting computers in my home-based office, I needed a bit 'extra' length in my patch cable to reach the router situated across the room.At a FRACTION of what it would cost to purchase this much Ethernet cable at any of the mass market retailers, I was able to secure this piece. Solid connectors at each end, heavy duty insulation, and I even like the color.The package arrived from the distributor within a few days, as promised.
B/c that's what you're looking for in your cable, I'm sure - aesthetic beauty. The cable has an oddly nice feeling plastic and the red is half a step from classic fire-engine red to give it a nice pleasing dusky hue. Extremely prompt delivery and well-packaged by vendor. As other reviewers note, it functions flawlessly in its intended role. Not ugly at all.
